Description:   Spring Break Camp Aloha United Striker/Goalkeeper Camp Put on by the Aloha United Coaching Staff.

Camp Details: Mon-Friday 9:00am - noon
$95/ per camper, $80/ per camper when you sign up early (2/15 – 3/5)
-Every camper receives an Aloha United camp T-shirt and a skills evaluation
-This will be a fundraiser for AU
-Equal to or less than a 10:1 player to coach ratio

Camp Format:
Ages 5-7: The primary focus for this age group will be shooting fundamentals and games. Camp Days will be modified based on player’s skill level. The focus will be on fun while teaching fundamentals of the game.

Ages 8-14: Topic Specific Training for this age group will be shooting fundamentals, techniques, runs, volleys, headers, goalkeeping basics etc. At this level the focus will still be on fun, but a greater emphasis will be placed on technique and skill work.

All Ages: Coach’s Challenge: Who can beat the coach at the skills/topics learned?

Daily Camp Schedule:
Monday – Friday (Friday all day World Cup Competitions/Award ceremony) 8:30-9:00 Check in (Players will be placed into groups based on age and skill level)
9:00-9:15 Warm-up
9:15-10:30 Topic Specific Training
10:30-10:45 Break
10:45-11:45 Small Sided Games (specific to topic)
11:45-12:00 Coach’s Challenge and Sign out
